A complete refurbishment of a protected structure, Franciscan Friary. The works consisted of internal alterations to provide office and reception accommodation at ground floor; private living accommodation at first, second and third floors; single storey extensions to the rear; and external escape stairs; renewal of mechanical and electrical installations; and associated site services and external works.
