MONTPELIER HILL, DUBLIN 7

The building was classed by Dublin City Council as a derelict property, all existing internal services had been previously removed and had to be renewed with modern systems, as there was a change of use from a dwelling to new offices. There was a necessity to incorporate a disabled access platform lift to fulfil the requirements of the disability access certificate. Full interior office fit out and re-decoration, including external redecoration, along with hard landscaping works.
