The works consisted of the demolition of an existing dwelling that was constructed in the 1950s, and the construction of a new bespoke Franco/Belgian styled dwelling, approximately 650m2. Traditional brick and stone façades, with contemporary casement windows; Mansard styled roof with a mixture of Belgian clay roof tiles and blue Bangor welsh slate. Complete internal fit-out and turn-key solution.
